Birds, Blooms, and Butterflies Festival - Saturday, August 8th, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM - This community festival would not be possible without the time and talents of our amazing volunteers! Your help is needed to set up for the festival, welcome visitors, assist with parking, support our presenters and guests, as well as help with tear down at the end of the day. We look forward to having you join us for the festival and appreciate your support! Setting up on Thursday/Friday, August 6 & 7

Welcome Table (3 hour shift)

Parking lot attendant (2 to 3 hour shift)

Exhibit Room Host (2 hour shift)

Presenter host: help presenters set up and keep the classroom clean (2 to 3 hour shift)

Floater to help where needed (2 to 3 hour shift)

Kids activity station (2 to 3 hour shift)

Take down tables/chairs, tents, general clean up - Sat. 3pm
